"I liked location. I didn't like that we had to ask for towels and the trash to be taken out. During our stay, 6 noghts they did not clean the bathroom once, changed sheets or vacuumed at all. "

"The property is very aged. Our room (junior suite), did not have upholstered armchairs as pictured online but rather very hard and small patio chairs. The shower is in the bathtub and the tub is dangerously high and narrow. No slip protection provided and it was very awkward to get out of the tub. The pressure on the showerhead was close to nothing when warm water was selected. On cold water the pressure was great, but taking a cold shower was not an option. Our counter around the sink was sticky. Room service did not clean the bathroom upon request but provided towels and toilet paper only. When we arrived we also had no choice but to purchase tickets for the Kurpark. This was an additional mandatory expense per receptionist and we were not able to opt out. Entrance for the Kurpark is €2.50 per day. We were charged €28 for 3 days. Our suite was on the 7th floor. There was also the sun terrace. The patio furnitures were not in condition to be used. All of them were damaged in one way or another. On the morning of our departure the elevator did not work. The two of us had 4 suitcases and some smaller luggage as we were in Germany x 4 weeks. As I mentioned before we were on the 7th floor and now we had to drag or heavy luggage to the 3rd floor so we could turn in our key to the cook who was there at 6:30AM preparing breakfast. He assisted us to fully get out of the hotel as reception did not start until 10 AM. The only good thing in this hotel was the breakfast bar. "
