The rooms are very, very clean and had the basic things for a 3 star, including slippers! It was rainy season in July, so after the first night the bathroom had a leak from the ceiling. But management was quick to respond and gave me the same or better room for the inconvenience. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help answer my questions via a translator app. I liked the ample choices at the breakfast buffet and the unexpected healthful snacks and drinks they had out for free for guests in the lobby--very refreshing after a day out!
