The airport bus is just right outside the hotel main entrance. Breakfast selection wasn't that fantastic and can be improved in terms of variety. Housekeeping is great with clean linen and good service. The bad now ... They didn't check the room properly before allowing guest to move into the room. I was trapped inside the toilet as the toilet for lock was jammed. Luckily there's a in-house phone in the toilet but no directory attached. I've to try letting random numbers before I managed to contact the front desk to rescue me! It'll better if they also provide a list of numbers to dial on the toilet phone, in case the same situation happens again; not many guests would take note of the numbers, unless necessary. So hotel would be better to think from the guests' perspective.
