Hotel staff is helpful. I requested a non smoking room, but the smoking smell is so strong from the previous guests, that I can smell it the moment I stand at the door. I requested for change room and the staff is very helpful, change immediately. The bed is very hard. A Chinese grandma actually allow her grandchild to play ball at 7th floor lift lobby!!! The check-in and check-out process was friendly and efficient. My room on the top floor of the lower building was spacious and completely refurbished. The airport bus is just right outside the hotel main entrance.
