AC works well and double glazed windows keeps sound out. Close to two metro stations, pedestrian streets, restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of Western and Asian choices, and is so filing you can skip lunch! First, it is in a very convenient location: it is only a couple of minutes walk of a subway station. Second, the hotel has self-service washers and dryers that you can use for free. Third, the hotel offers both complimentary high tea and a midnight snack of noodles. My room had a great view, and was very clean and modern. Check-in was smooth and fast. Staff was courteous and helpful, speaking excellent English as well. The room was quite big, with a small balcony. Very clean, comfortable, and well furnished with all the small items found in a luxury hotel. Rooms was serviced and stocked-up everyday. There was an award winning Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor with very nice foods and at a reasonable prices. Service was also excellent. Breakfast and western meal are at 2nd floor - great variety of choices for the buffet breakfast. The location of the hotel was just nice for us, as it is just 300-400m away from a very nice food street and big food court with many many types of choices. Room very warm even when set at 15 deg C. Technician could not fix the issue and they provided an air cooler. My friends in another room also faced similar issue.
