"Staff were very nice in the lobby and they held our bags at checkin as we were early. We ate on site teppanyaki and it was the best meal we had in Japan and most expensive $220 for 4 and it was amazing. Chamachi something was the name, Kobe beef meal. Hotel laundry was super slow took full 24 hrs. Asked for pillows and they said okay but never came. Excellent cab service and super close to food places and train station to shoot out to nara or kyoto as we did."

"Es un hotel moderno y nuevo, ubicado muy cerca de la salida de la estación. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero dirá que un poco chicas. Realmente se puede descansar bien por qué están muy bien insonorizadas. El desayuno es muy completo, lo único para marcar es que no tiene amenities como la mayoría de hoteles de Japón en su rango de precios."

"Zimmer sehr gut, Gangbereich für meinen Geschmack zu düster und zu wenig beleuchtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 3 Betten, die sehr groß und gemütlich waren. Dusch und Bademöglichkeiten super, Duschkopf kann nicht gesenkt werden, das wäre ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Das Frühstück ist ganz ok, aber mit Croissants, Milchbrötchen und weiteren kleinen Gebäckstücken nicht das gesündeste und auch gar nicht japanisch. Ich würde noch Eier und evtl. Etwas Gemüse dazu anbieten."
