Pros: Clean, spacious
Cons: Wifi can be improved
Location: Within walking distance to landmarks like indian street, attap street, kuching cat statute etc
Within walking distance to many kuching city landmarks. Very strong air conditioning. However, the wifi keeps disconnecting at the end of room near the window

Pros: ห้องกว้างและสะอาด อยู่ในแหล่งชุมชน
Cons: ความใส่ใจในความต้องการของลูกค้า
Location: อยู่เกือบใจกลางเมือง คุณสามารถเที่ยวสถานที่สำคัญๆในเมืองได้ด้วยการเดิน มีแม่น้ำใกล้ๆ ซึ่งมี cruise for tourist ใช้เวลา 1-3 ชม
คิดว่า 5 ดาว คือ over rating ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี ห้องน้ำก้วางเช่นกัน แต่ไม่มี facial tissue ไม่ล้างแก้วกาแฟที่ทาง รร มีให้ในห้องพัก ไม่ใส่ใจว่าแขกต้องการอะไรบ้าง

Hotel with a view

Beautiful hotel with good service. Staff were nice. Food was however pricey. Had little choices for vegetarian. Overall I liked pullman. Would like to go again perhaps with my family

Pros: It was spacious, and the swimming pool was fine and generally uncrowded.

While this is one of the newer hotels in Kuching, it does not live up to the Pullman name or the Wagons-Lits heritage. The rooms are already shopworn. I complained of mould on the shower ceiling but nothing was done to remedy it. I was made to move my room mid-way through my four-night stay with little explanation. I found then that all the showers are mouldy, apparently. They shut down the restaurant for breakfast mid-stay and moved it into the lobby area, where the food tended to get cold. The lower level staff were somewhat helpful sometimes. However when I asked the desk manager when I should take the taxi to the airport, he told me incorrectly so I had to wait nearly an hour before the security gates were even open (and hence unnecessarily lost an hour of sleep). Sometimes there was no staff in attendance at the swimming pool, and the hot pool was never on. I have traveled in Southeast Asia several times before and never encountered such haphazardness and lack of attention to guests. The hotel seems to think it is really a conference hotel--tourists advised to forget going there, and go to another hotel where they will be treated with greater courtesy and deference.

Nice hotel but disappointing facilities

Pros: Bed and polite staff
Cons: More staff during breakfast time and improve internet connection
Location: Top Spot nearby for great seafood. Waterfront area about 5 mins walk for shopping
Room is spacious but furniture a bit run down. Bed is comfortable. Internet connection not stable. Room key card needed to replace twice. Breakfast buffet - most food items were the same throughout my 4 nights stay. Egg and noodle stations were not opened for 2 of the mornings when I had my breakfast. Shortage of staff to clear plates and replenish items. Staff is polite and wish you whenever they see you. TV very limited channels. Location is good, within walking distance to popular Top Spot seafood and waterfront area for shopping.
