Smokey room

Pros: Size of bedrooms and location
Cons: Better cleaning and ensure no smoking ...
Location: Convenient downtown location, walking distance to the waterfront district, shops and restaurants.
Although we were told that the hotel was a non-smoking hotel and the rooms were non-smoking, there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in our bedroom. My husband and I are both very sensitive to smoke so we could tell straightaway that it was cigarette smoke. We suspect that it was actually going through the air conditioning vents in the bedroom. The wires from the hanging lights in the bathroom were covered with dust and looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. The room size was good and the facilities at the hotel were decent.The mall next to the hotel was disappointing. It served our purpose for a short weekend getaway and location was convenient.

Aircon not cold enough. Temperature maintain @ 25

Even i adjust it to the lowest temperature, 20 or 21, it still maintain at 24/25.

Good Location

The environment is good. The room is comfortable. But the design is a bit lower than my expectation. Bathroom looks good but there is some hair left behind. The hotel should look into the housekeeping for this standard of hotel.

small bed

The single bed in a twin superior room is too small. Should provide customer with a super single bed to match the hotel ratings. Even small 3 star hotels can provide super single bed

A satisfying stay! Everything is great! Room are spacious, bed is comfy, staffs are helpful an friendly. it is walking distance to the riverside too.

overall we are happy with the stay.

The check in and check out service overall was good. The bed was comfortable. The location is good whereby you can walk to waterfront. It is just walking distance to Topspots whereby you can enjoy the nice seafood with reasonable price. It's convenient to get uber to places around.

Smile and serve please

One of the receptionist is totally not professional and not flexible. Check in 3pm+ still tell you room not ready need to wait. Still many room available but don't change for us insist that room that assign to us. The people who come later all can get the room key and go up.... she still need to check and call! When we raise a bit voice then she change and get us a room. Pls be flexible and SMILE! Thanks
