small bed

The single bed in a twin superior room is too small. Should provide customer with a super single bed to match the hotel ratings. Even small 3 star hotels can provide super single bed

A satisfying stay! Everything is great! Room are spacious, bed is comfy, staffs are helpful an friendly. it is walking distance to the riverside too.

Spacious rooms. Pleasant staff.

Pros: Great staff, pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom can be cleaner, could use a restaurant with more western flavour.
Location: Waterfront is not far, with decent local shops and foods. Museum within walking distance.
The staff was terrific, a greeter by the name of Amin was especially pleasant and helpful. Room were spacious, but expected to be cleaner and in better condition for a hotel that's only a few years' old. Beds were comfortable. We were hoping for better restaurants with more western touch. Small shopping area below the hotel, with few options. Taxi rates were very reasonable.

Luxury hotel in a great location

Within walking distance of the waterfront and great restaurants, the Pullman is a good choice for those wishing to experience Kuching. Friendly staff, comfy beds and great facilities.

Nice hotel, fantastic location, safe and clean.

Other than the below negative comments for improvement, all other hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, and restaurants and facilities were well staffed and well maintained. Security is good. I felt safe. Wifi quality is now exceptionally good since my last feedback. If you book and paid for your room through Expedia, the hotel will not print a final receipt for you. Was told to go back to Expedia for my room receipt. (Hope Expedia will get back to me on this. I need the receipt as this is a business related trip. Very important!) Front Office staff is slow and not very conversant with their own hotel processes and paperwork. Housekeeping was terrible. Fulfilled my request for Room Service Menu and shaving kit only day after. And shaver given was a used one with lots of other guest's hair still stuck on blade. Bathing robe and towels used were taken away but not replaced.

Should improve cleanliness

As a 4 star hotel, pillow case shouldn't have stain. Bathtub shouldn't broken. Toilet roll too rough.
