Luxury hotel in a great location

Within walking distance of the waterfront and great restaurants, the Pullman is a good choice for those wishing to experience Kuching. Friendly staff, comfy beds and great facilities.

Other than the below negative comments for improvement, all other hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, and restaurants and facilities were well staffed and well maintained. Security is good. I felt safe. Wifi quality is now exceptionally good since my last feedback. If you book and paid for your room through Expedia, the hotel will not print a final receipt for you. Was told to go back to Expedia for my room receipt. (Hope Expedia will get back to me on this. I need the receipt as this is a business related trip. Very important!) Front Office staff is slow and not very conversant with their own hotel processes and paperwork. Housekeeping was terrible. Fulfilled my request for Room Service Menu and shaving kit only day after. And shaver given was a used one with lots of other guest's hair still stuck on blade. Bathing robe and towels used were taken away but not replaced.

Room could be decorated better. Excellent super king bed and lovable pillows. Cleanliness excellent Ayam penyet sumatera at puzzle cafe...highly recommended. Overall is satisfied.

Good location & Staff were helpful and polite

Love the location & the staff are very obliging and polite. More attention to details to room maintainence could be paid but nothing drastically bad about the state of the room. Will stay again visiting Kuching again.

quite disappointed that most of the shops closed

Cons: Need more maintenance, especially for the timber doors.
Location: Not bad location
The timber doors, main door and toilet door need repair.

Pros: Convenient. Location is in town and walking distance to River Front. Nice room and clean.
Cons: Certain staff at Coffee House is not so friendly and do not offer hotel guest with Coffee during breakfast.
Check in is very convenient and front counter offer a connecting room without even asked as they refer to the bookings made earlier. Good experience during check in & check out process.

The room needed a good clean ! You could see the dust on the timber floors under the beds and fluff and dust in the walk in wardrobe ...the bathroom was clean !
