Nothing in the fridge. When we checked out, the front desk asked if we consumed anything from the minibar !!! No bottled water whatsoever for a 4 star hotel. The shower area was terrible. Black algae and rusty soap tray. Place was generally dirty, soiled dirty sofa cushions. No CNN as a TV channel.

Nice Staff, Poor Maintenance

Pros: Proximity to the city, Staffs were friendly, great view from the room.
Cons: Maintenance, especially carpets in the common area.
Location: Kuching Waterfront, Chinatown, Little India.
The hotel staff were very friendly and quick to respond to requests. However, the hotel lacks in decent maintenance. e.g. water spray gun was leaking and tub taps were a bit jammed.

Cons: the toiletries is not refill everyday and the tooth brush need to request

Do not stay here. Hotel ok, rooms terrible.

Pros: Pool, spa, gym
Cons: The condition of the rooms were disgusting.
We had two rooms, one for our kids and another for us. Our kids' room the a/c was broken, there was no remote for the tv, the desk chair was broken, and it was generally rundown and filthy. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke (despite being no smoking), the desk chair was broken, and black mold encircled the bathtub. The hotel did fix the a/c in our kids' room. During our entire stay our room was never cleaned. The rest of the hotel was fine: the breakfast was good, hotel staff pleasant, the gym is nice, the spa was fine. However, bottom line: the rooms were gross. You can do better in Kuching.

Groot en onpersoonlijk.

De dames bij de receptie zijn niet vriendelijk. Het overige personeel is dat wel. Wij werden niet enthousiast van het ontbijt. Brood is 3 dagen oud. De receptie liep te klungelen met onze boeking waardoor wij 3 uur zijn bezig geweest om nieuwe sleutelkaarten- en toegang tot het internet te krijgen. Schoonmaak van de kamer waren zij ook vergeten. Wij moesten overal zelf achteraan. Totaal niet meedenken en geen service. Nooit meer een Pullman hotel voor ons.

Slechte service, onvriendelijke dames bij receptie

De dames bij de receptie zijn niet vriendelijk en weten niet wat klantgerichtheid is. De kamers zijn 'OK' maar de badkamers niet heel erg schoon. Het ontbijt heeft een ruime keuze aziatisch eten maar het brood is zo vreselijk oud dat het niet meer eetbaar is. Alles bij elkaar hebben wij een vieze nasmaak overgehouden aan dit hotel en zouden hier nooit weer boeken.

Massive bathroom and very well equipped gym

Liked the huge bathroom (inc walk-in shower). Very well equipped gym and decent breakfast. Just up the hill from the riverside and a really great laundry down the same street (opposite the Hilton) as what moron uses hotel laundry (unless you like throwing money away)! There's a decent place not far away to rent scooters and close proximity to various eating and drinking places.
