Room and the shower were very clean. Considering it is a budget hotel, you would definitely get money's worth. we were allocated a room on the ground floor. Yes it was a bit noisy, as we could hear people moving about in the hallway, but we were not particularly looking for complete silence so that was okay. Lots of restaurants and cafe's in the area, which is a major plus point.
