Worth for the money pay, within walking distance to shopping areas,but still can smell the cigarette eventhough non smoking room.

Apologised to Ms.Selyi ( the New City hotel young lady boss) for my being honest comment for the well being of other tourist guests. I booked for 6 nights and had to move out the very next morning, wouldn't mind being confiscated for the other 4 nights as this wasn' t the hotel's fault. I recommended that this hotel did really needed an immediate renovation. No comment on the bed+toilet(see with your own eyes). On the good side, the hotel has an excellence and kind front desk staffs named Mdm.Karen and Mr.Keshava. Warning.. to all tourists visiting Malaysia. I was scammed by an Indian Airport taxi meter driver at the KLIA terminal 1 on the lower ground floor charging a double rate RM$175 on the meter after midnight (multiplied by 2 from the meter displayed rates claiming that it was a regular practice rate after midnight (the time I took this taxi from the KLIA terminal 1 was at 11.40 PM.) to all passengers aside from having to pay the Malaysian government tourists taxes at RM$10/night(5 nights=RM$50). You may decide yourself whether to pay to the scammed Airport taxi driver at any prices he requested or being dropped out in the middle of no where on the Malaysia highway at midnight. Good luck to all fellow tourists visiting Malaysia.

We are returning guests and we've had very good experiences with this hotel during our previous stays. This time however we've been assigned to a room where the air-conditioner wasn't working very well, maybe the management can have a look at that. But besides that, we definitely appreciate the necessities provided by the hotel ie. towels, nescafe and mineral water, and not to mention their strategic location.
