I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time .

Great stay, great hotel.

Great experience. Slight problem at checkin where they wanted to charge 150zl for my kid that was with me. When I booked it stated kid stays for free when using same bed. This was sorted but should not have had to make a fuss about it. Apart from this, a wonderful stay as always!

Deserves 2 stars at best. Terrible price/quality.

Approaching hotel one would be excused from expecting spectacular moments to come. Yet, disillusionment comes as soon as you check in. Terrible interior. Tasteless. Feels like 20+ years old Conference Centre from early days of business transformation. And from the first moments you know it is going to be noisy. Parrot cage (sic!) stationed just next to reception desk and bar makes sure that you barely hear the staff. Then you need to wander long hallways to reach your room. Hordes of guest walking by the rooms of those less lucky to be hosted by the connecting corridor. Needles to say you hear every running child, squeeking luggage wheel or scream. Standard double room does not give you any impression of luxury. Furniture, colours, carpet, size... All is resembles CHEAP 3-star business hotel. Bathroom was really dark. Breakfast was mediocre. Welcome drink is a smal, cheap, brandless prosecco. Swimming pool area looks like municipal, public object. At 8am we were woken up by the sound of chainsaw. It turned out to be staff blowing leaves from pavements. Apparently couldn't wait till 10 or 11am... All this for 120EUR+/night

Niestety niewyspani

Hotel przyjemny i czysty. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie bardzo pyszne i zróżnicowane. Basen zadbany i fajny. Jedyne co popsuło pobyt to materac na łóźku -niestety był tak czuły,że każdy ruch na nim to fala wibracji budząca osobę leżącą obok. zapewne w pokoju Twin , gdzie każdy śpi osobno materace by się sprawdziły ale przy wspólnym spaniu sa tragiczne co spowodowało totalne niewysapnie.

Good hotel, average service

We decided to stay somewhere different this time on our way to see family and I must admit I am somewhat disappointed. Not so much at the hotel itself which was pretty nice but the service wasn’t great. A number of little things just made is feel that it wouldn’t be a place we would stay again. A few examples : Not having linen for our child’s bed on a late arrival Not having working safety vests for children in the pool Not allowing us to finish our bowling game as someone else was waiting Making numerous mistakes in spa bookings then only doing a 50 minute treatment on an hour booking Having a price increase on the buffet dinner half way through our stay Food could also do with a review as it was okay but not good or great For the first time I asked to see the manager on check to review - very polite and nice - even returned half the massage cost. However a mistake was to question my integrity by going off and checking what I had said which from a customers perspective who has nothing to gain or lose by giving this feedback wasn’t great. In summary, great facilities, average service. Would go back to the hotel I generally use which on this occasion was a bit more expensive BUT if I could go back I’d pay the extra for the much better experience.

Great family getaway

Hotel Czarny Potok provided perfect setting for a nice weekend getaway. It just could not have been better. Food was great, room was great and the amenities to keep both us the parents as well as kids happy and entertained were really, really, really excellent. KUDOS especially to the staff at kids club.

Hotelový komplex je neskutočný! Nádherné prostredie, milí personál v celom areáli. Všade bolo čisto a s ničím nebol problém. Švédske stoly na večeru v takom rozsahu, aký si ani nevieme predstaviť. Určite sa na toto miesto vrátime.
