"The room is spacious with a full-size fridge and the spa amenities are fantastic. However, the rooms either do not have air-conditioning or the air conditioning is not strong. We had to change rooms twice to get one that worked. I would encourage this hotel to have a room dedicated to hold luggage for early check-in."

"The shower head needed replacement, the hose to it leaked so no water was coming out of the head itself. There was a huge scratch on the bed’s headboard. Feels really overpriced for the quality. The staff is really friendly and helpful though!"
