"No any reception, no welcoming, no smile, no friendly, I wasn't happy for service, also first entered, owner told us " I booked 3 days" I told him 5 days. So he said on his system 3 days. And than I showed him booking paperwork from my phone, after he is seeing and agreed he said okay. Was interesting. Electric plugs was getting out from room. "We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Bishkek. The staff were great and really efficient. The hotel was down a safe alley which made it so quiet for a city hotel. It was a little walk from some of the main attractions but there was plenty to see along the way."
