She helped answer all the questions we had, arranged for a taxi and spoke English which is quite rare in Bishkek. The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower. Bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. English can be a problem depending who is helping you. I took the family room as it had privacy. The other rooms are hostel style multi-bedrooms. Hotels can be expensive in Dushanbe while everything else is inexpensive. My only complaint is that the four rooms are built around a meeting room with a tv. This can get noisy when guests are hanging out and talking etc.. the location is pretty centrally located. It’s just a few streets of the Main Street, Rudaki. I would certainly stay there again.
