Compliments to the chef as they make everything from scratch daily. Boorsoks (pastry) were made daily, hot and fluffy, it felt like home. Porridge was just like my grandma's, I had flashbacks of flavors. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than I had expected but it was standard single room. I think I will come back just to have breakfast there. She helped answer all the questions we had, arranged for a taxi and spoke English which is quite rare in Bishkek. The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower. Bed was nice and comfortable. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was lavish and delicious, the dinner was tasty and well done, and staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating. Desk staff were quite helpful, too. The amenities were fine, as well. Bathrooms were clean, kept up, and quite large. My only problem was with the room itself, which was rather small and in seeming need of renovation: rugs and bedspread seemed outdated. English can be a problem depending who is helping you. I took the family room as it had privacy. The other rooms are hostel style multi-bedrooms. Hotels can be expensive in Dushanbe while everything else is inexpensive. My only complaint is that the four rooms are built around a meeting room with a tv. This can get noisy when guests are hanging out and talking etc.. the location is pretty centrally located. It’s just a few streets of the Main Street, Rudaki. I would certainly stay there again.
