"The hotel was in a very good position and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 stars was simply that the hotel didn’t seem any different to lesser starred hotels I’ve stayed in before. The breakfast was fine but you didn’t come out feeling it was anything special. Our room was a superior room with old town views, in reality we looked onto the car park of a museum so a bit dull. The housekeeping didn’t even provide clean glasses each day, we’d come back and the glasses were still on the bedside table with water in. I know this might seem a bit petty as it’s easily remedied but we expected more from a 5* Radisson hotel."

"Found a real gem. Perfect location, great staff, wonderful breakfast and spacious room (apartment) on ground floor. Staff also arranged and booked transfers to/from airport and booked two day tours for us with hotel pickup. Highly recommend."
