The hotel was really good! The location was convenient and well connected by public transport, which made getting around easy. I had a pleasant stay and would happily stay there again on my next visit. And Krakow is, of course, wonderful. This hotel is a very good choice if you want to make your stay memorable.

Another amazing stay!

Another amazing stay at the Benefis Hotel, our third this year! Large, quiet, comfortable room with quality toiletries and a comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Breakfast is excellent and will set you up for a day out exploring the sights of the city. Staff is attentive and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. You would have to be very demanding not to like this small but perfectly formed hotel. As a bonus, there is a great little ice cream shop across the road from the hotel!

Meillä oli iso siisti huoneisto. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Julkisen liikenteen pysäkki vieressä. Rauhallinen sijainti, hiljainen huone.

Helt ok.

Great little boutique hotel...excellent location..

Wonderful hotel....but beware...our room did not have a fridge, no safe, no milk or milk powder for tea or coffee in the room...you had to get it from reception. Also another small point...there is NO free parking. , and you MUST book parkin g in advance.
