Totally fine

The hotel was fine, no complaints, but there was no information about the fact that we had to go to Yarden hotel across the street to check in, we had to ask the locals how to even get in.

Run away from this place! It’s overpriced, with a terrible old-fashioned design, an awful worn-out mattress that’s nowhere near any reasonable standard, a shower that doesn’t close properly, a funny-looking toilet, and zero soundproofing. The hotel is located a bit remotely, so for me as a solo traveler it didn’t feel safe to walk in the evening. Next to the bed there were bedside tables with night lights — basically steel candle-shaped lamps that take up all the space and blind you when turned on. Before check-in, there were no instructions on how to find the reception. I had to circle around asking people, and eventually discovered that the reception is actually in the Garden Hotel — not obvious at all. The staff were nice and the desk was open 24 hours, but that’s a very small compensation for all the inconveniences.

A different building

Abella Suite was not easy to find since there’s no sign in the building wall. When I call them, they didn’t answer the phone immediately and called again a couple of times. And the check in is required at another building and hotel called Yarden. Please note that it’s a different building and check in / check out should be done at the different building

Останавливались на одну ночь. Комната просторная, кровати удобные, ванная комната тоже просторная. Очень понравился завтрак. Единственный момент, который меня разочаровал, это поиск стойки регистрации/ reception. Местоположение не плохое, рядом множество кофе и магазинов.

Stanza molto bella su un viale un po' trafficato, accesso molto facile, ottimo il distributore di acqua nel corridoio. Unica pecca importante era il bagno che sembrava aver problemi con il fluire dell'acqua che spesso risaliva da doccia e pavimento. Internet ok

Got there late. No address on the shared building. No hint you are at the right location. Even taxi driver couldn’t figure out. PROVIDE CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS REQUIRING CHECK IN AT ANOTHER LOCATION!!! Saw this same thing happen OVER and OVER again UNNECESSARILY!!!

Soggiorno molto gradito. Pulito, ordinato, e spazioso. Camera doppia bagno molto moderno e pulito. Poco distante dal centro a piedi, e comunque la camera si trova esattamente sopra alla fermata della linea del tram che porta in centro (di cui Cracovia è molto organizzata).

A good location, but a bit noisy

A good location, approximately 10 minutes walk to the old town or central train station from the airport if you don't want to catch taxis. The reception and breakfast area is shared with the 'Yarden' hotel across the street so can be tricky to find for tour pickups and when you arrive. The room was dated but comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is some noise in the rooms - from the street (it's busy) the toilets (they have an electric pump) and soundproofing between rooms could be better. Would be an issue if you were a very light sleeper.
