You see roaches here, there, and everywhere. Killed more than 10 roaches, sizes from tiny to small to medium. No big flying ones. Location is great. MTR station is downstairs near the corner of street. Take out and sit in restaurants far and near. Lastly, I had problem with door lock but hotel owner sent repair staff to fix it pretty soon. The room is basic reflective of price paid. I have the pleasure of being upgraded to a newer hotel room under their management which just started operation about a month earlier. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommended this place to anyone going to visit Hong Kong.
