The property a guesthouse that is quite different than the capsule hotel. While it was clear that I would not have access to the capsule hotel areas, I was not expecting such a huge delta between the two spaces. I advised Expedia that the place was horrible, dirty, rock hard and tiny bed, difficult access and uncaring staff member and as soon as we checked in, we departed telling the staff member we would not be staying and when there was no response from that staff member, my wife asked ‘don’t you care’ to which her response was ‘no’. We then booked another place for the entire 5 nights.
