Please note that this is not a separate building, just some rooms on the 12th floor of the building with many similar "hotels" in it. The staff spoke very little English and couldn't give me directions, so a nice policeman showed me how to get there. There are only 2 lifts for this busy building and they are always occupied so you have to queue for ages to get upstairs. I went exploring the first day and when I came back in the evening my room was open. Anyone could have taken my things because the staff went to my room when I wasn't there and left doors open, even though I had specifically said I didn't want anyone to come in. Luckily I had all my valuables with me. The attitude of the staff was also terrible... plus you can hear everything that's going on in reception, the lounge and other rooms.
