The staff is great (Mr. Sandhu in particular). He'll give you any tips or help you need. The rooms themselves are typical HK style, small, efficial and everything within it. I got a room without any windows, because I didn't plan on staying at my room for too long, mostly outside. The hotel is on the 12/13th floor of the building, right next to the metro station. It can be a little hard to find in the beginning, but they it's easy to spot once you get used to the location. 24/7 7-11 close by, lots of restaurants and shops close too. Literally a 5 min walk from Victoria Harbor, so you can catch the daily light show looking at Hong Kong Island (better view).
