The room is very small and barely accommodates three occupants. The shower control is broken, requiring manual handling to maintain the hot water temperature. Additionally, the environment is uncomfortable due to clothes hanging in the hallway.

Good hotel

It was good hotel to stay with budget price ,room was clean , staff is very helpful . Location is very convenient to shopping, and other area also as local matro station is just walking distance from this hotel , I would like to stay again and recommend to everyone this hotel

Poor house keeping..

Not recommended so dirty and they not changing the bed sheet and pillow ...the toilet dirty..the aircon leaking on the floor ..they charged us to pay to house keeping but they not cleaning even changing the bed sheet and pillow.we stayed 4 days .never ever come back

超差的住宿體驗

入住環境超差，hotels.com所提供的地址不正確，門牌亦找不到相關旅館的名稱，如果知道是重慶大廈一定不會訂房，最終找到旅館但房間與網站提供的沒有一張是合乎，而旅館職員要求要比額外費用而事先沒有知會，為安全理由即時已經拒絕入住，會跟消費者委員會投訴不失的資料，要求退款！

場所がわからない。ビル？の上の階に総合受付？みたいのがあり、そこで各階のホテル？ゲストハウス？シェアハウス？みたいに管理されて言われた階に行き説明受けるかたち、、初めての人は全くわからない‼びっくりする。だが街のど真ん中で立地は最高 テレビは移らない。エアコンは調整不可。ドライヤーも動いたり動かなかったり。お湯はでたりでなかったり。

I didn’t like anything at all. It’s way nicer as advertised in orbitz. Manila lounge room was not given to me. The older Indian gentleman at the front desk in very rude. He charged me with additional person and have the person join in one room but refused to grant simple request to accommodate the additional person even though I paid for the proper charges. I will never ever recommend Ashoka properties/hostel. It was a terrible experience for me and my family.

리셉션이 16층에 있다는 것을 알려줬으면 헤메지 않았을텐데.. 새벽 비행기로 도착해서 24시간 체크인카운터를 운영하는 곳으로 예약했지만 청킹맨션에 자잘하게 있는 모든 숙소를 16층에서 관리하고 있다는 것을 몰랐다. 닫혀있어서 얼마나 놀랬는지.. 계속 오르락내리락 하다가 우여곡절 끝에 찾았다. 다른거는 잠만 잘거라 원래 기대를 하지 않고 가서 별로 놀랄 것도 없었는데 방음이 너무 안되었다는 거.. 밖의 작은 소리까지 다 들렸고.. 에어콘 실외기에 비 떨어지는 소리까지 크게 들렸다. 직원들은 친절하게 대해주셨고. 싱글룸 예약했는데 다 배정되어서 더블룸에 묶었는데 감사했다.

Good stay.

At very good location, right at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was super small. Only good for sleeping. The bathroom was so small that everything got wet when showering. The staff were friendly and helpful and toke care of problem immediately. We got clean towels everyday. Linen was changed twice during the 7 nights of stay. Hotel also provided bottled water for filling up your own bottle. Great value for the low price.

Reception on 16th floor, we were on 13th, 2 lifts, 1 serving odd number floors other the even numbers. Lift taped up with hardboard, only 6 to 8 cspacity, long queus to use waiting in shopping area. Filthy ddirty stairwells

The room was very tiny and the bathroom can barely enough to use for shower,the bed was quite uncomfortable,the construction noise was annoying in the morning. It's barely a 1-star hotel but it's written as 2-star as advertised,quite disappointed. but it's placed in the centre of the city and close to shopping centre and food area,just next to tsim sha shui train station.

Horrible experience

This is more a Hostel than a Hotel, and even if it were a Hostel I will hace the same opinion. The location is excellent but the building is dangerous with a lot of foreigners offering you all kind of stuff even drugs.

二度と泊まりません

フロントのオバサン、めっちゃ感じ悪いです。シングルルームを予約していましたが、案内されたのはドミトリールーム。間違っていると伝えたところ、「じゃあ知らない。もう空き部屋ないから他に行け」……久しぶりに他人に怒りを覚えました。いかなる場合もキャンセル料100%とのポリシー設定がされているし、何週間も前から予約しているし、納得できずに大分やりあいました。 途中で別の人が対応に出てきてくれ、例えグレードアップしても空きはなく、対応できるのはドミトリーだけだと。またしばらくやり合い、結局、現金で数十HKD返却＆ドミトリーとなりました。返金ショボいし、泊まるのは心底悔しいのですが、深夜かつ疲れきったので諦めました。もちろん謝罪はありません。 宿泊は現金で100HKDデポジットが必要です。ドミトリー上段は普通に座ると頭が天井すれすれですが、リネン類や部屋は清潔で、シャワーもお湯がきちんと出ます。こーいうトラブルあっても良いやと思える方にはお勧めします。

น้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานน้ำเย็นมากกก ลิฟมีกลิ่นเหม็นไปหน่อย เจอคนแขกดำน่ากลัวแต่เค้าไม่ได้สนใจเรา ไม่มีอะไร ส่วนห้องพักได้ห้องใหญ่ มีห้องน้ำในตัว นอนได้ 4 คน สบายมาก ผ้าห่มบางไปดึกๆหนาวสุดๆ

エレベーターホールの人に予約したWebページを見せたら、私も８階へ行くように言われました。８階の人に同じように見せたら１６階へ行くように言われ、１６階でチェックインし、そのまま１６階の部屋を案内されました。その部屋は２畳より少し大きいくらいのＬ字型の一人部屋で、カードキーでした。壁と床はタイル張り、ベッドはカプセルホテルのよう、鏡は錆もなく、バスタオルやカバー類もきれい、トイレが近いのに臭いもせず、清潔感のある部屋でした。扇風機、クーラー、コンセント、フリーwifi、トイレと洗面、どれも快適に使えます。シャワー、洗剤２種類、金庫、ドライヤー、液晶テレビ、電話、ハンガーもありました。温水は、どこの口コミを読んでも期待できないようなので試していません。最初は怖かったですが、無事に朝を迎えたら、連泊してもいいなと思える部屋でした。行列のできるエレベーターは日本メーカーのもので、乗ってしまえば１６階まで早いですよ。 この建物の１階は便利な店が集まっていて、2500円くらいのジェルネイルのお店、日本のガチャガチャコーナー、安いプラグやフリーsimカードを売ってくれるお店、両替店が何店舗も入っています。 チェックアウト時に、スタッフの方から日本語で「こんにちは」と言われて驚きました。にこやかに接してくれる、良い人たちでした。

お湯でのシャワーがほぼできない

給湯器を電源入れてから10分以上待たないとお湯が出ませんがお湯が出る時間は1分もでません。すぐに水になってしまい、水シャワーで最悪なのと、カウンターのスタッフ女性が態度が悪い あと8階と書いてあるが16階 時間帯によってエレベーター待ちがある
