Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half! Then they made me wait extra 10mins and they told me they will fix it and offered me comp drinks in the restau. After 5mins they came back saying They have the room ready and they will give me my request and a late check out. Of course that ia expected because they made a mess. Fantastic pool experience! Some sunny spots, shady spots, deep areas and shallow ledges for little ones to bask safely. Apartment-wise it is a bit old and dated but perfectly functional, spacious (by hk standards) and clean. Beds were a bit hard and aircon a bit noisy. Breakfast hosts simply allocated us a table but did not point out where all the food was as some of it was outside the main dining area which we didn't know until day 2.
