Overall fantastic stay, super welcoming and helpful staff, rooms were large and well maintained + had amazing views of the bay. It rained one of our days so took advantage of the spa and semi-outdoor pool. Food was great, especially the included breakfast. We had an issue with our shower which was fixed promptly and they had made us a little breakfast bag to go to the airport. It’s roughly a 10 min walk down hill to the bay, but maybe not the nicest locations but appeared quite safe.

Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould. I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom. Right in the centre of the old city. Hotel parking a short walk away - no traffic in old city. Directions to car park and then to hotel all provided unprompted in advance. Great spot to explore from.
