Staff were so polite, check in and check out was so easy. We had a Jr Suite 110 on 1st floor, so relaxing and view right out to main square. Very quiet at the night and if you wanted quiet during the day just keep windows closed. The breakfast was full and so many choices. First night our AC was making lots of noise and we complained and immediately got moved to an upgraded nicer room. Hotel is not easy to access, requires walking from main road through city gates into city, cars not allowed so keep in mind if you have lots of luggage. Excellent buffett breakfast and 24/7 coffee and tea. Nearest parking is cruise port which is across road and costs about $20euros a day. In the old town a minute walk from the entrance. Does not offer Parking nor has any preferential rate with any Parkings. Parking cost is 20 euros for 24hrs. The hotel breakfast is poor compared to other hotels and breakfast buffet is served in a small back room as if one is hiding although the hotel has a big cafe in the front. Very disappointing since breakfast buffet can be in the main restaurant. Rooms are Ok not much light. Very comfortable bed and good quality furnishings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Found out after we left we were charged for breakfast . Which was meant to be included The breakfast was was cold .The waiter answer was to turn up the hotplate backup . Not healthy .No cups had to ask . In fact he only appeared once while we were there .So second day we went out .Hopefully this was just a bad .
