Hotel was a little old and need of upgrade. The pool was disappointing along with the breakfast.. The gym was was good with a good variety of equipment. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very convenient to Gaya street market and restaurants.

For the whole duration of our stay (9 days) the swimming pool was undergoing renovation and maintenance and was unavailable for use. We were not notified of this prior to our arrival either by hotel or Expedia. The hotel provided shuttle service to pool at nearby sister hotel (Grandis) but this is not as covenient as having pool on site.

The hotel is situated in downtown with restaurants and shopping centres conveniently close by. The room we stayed was roomy, but some of the décor are beginning to worn out with the furniture and floor containing visible scratches. However, beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great with quite a lot of varieties.
