  • The apartment has 2 rooms with approx. 50 m2, a bathroom and a large terrace. Access via key safe.
    The apartment was newly equipped with underfloor heating, oak floorboards and a new bathroom, a kitchen with dishwasher, automatic coffee mashin and various practical devices and furniture.
    Bicycles can be parked in a lockable shed or rented for a small fee.
    The apartment is quietly located on the edge of the forest in Constance Haidelmoos, only 10 - 15 minutes by bike from the city center and Lake Constance.
    Directly at the apartment there is a newly created parking lot for guests on the property in front of the house
