"Overall, the staff were very kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. However, there were a few issues with the room that affected my stay. My bed was not made on one of the days, the shower overflowed on a couple of occasions, and the bidet worked inconsistently. While I appreciated the staff’s hospitality and efforts, the room maintenance and housekeeping could use some improvement."

"Stayed with my family of seven people ranging from my 70+ year old Aunt and my 10yr old nieces and nephew. The hotel was located well with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The metro was right across the street so made transport easy. The one complaint I would have is the WiFi in the building is terrible. Our room was 1303 and we’d pick up 1403 or 1203 WiFi as none of WiFi had any password restrictions. In the bedroom the signal was super weak and I’d end up using data to get standard access to internet. I did have some virtual meetings during the week and ended up using the Hotspot on my phone for all my meetings. If you’re planning on working or being in the apt for long periods of time, I would probably choose another hotel with secure WiFi to ensure you’re the only one using the bandwidth. We did ask the staff to check the WiFi and they sent someone up quickly - so service was prompt - but they stated they couldn’t find any problems and left quickly. We were left dealing with the slow WiFi from then on. Overall good hotel, terrible WiFi."

"The location is very convenient—just a few steps away from Seongsu station exit 3, with convenient stores and 24-hour restaurants just a few blocks away. Shopping literally starts right when you step out of the hotel! When our hands are full, need to go to the bathroom, or just want to rest and freshen up, it was easy to go back to the hotel and back out to continue shopping, cafe hopping or dining. As for staffing, we arrived early in the morning and checked out around 2 a.m., and there was always someone helping us at the front desk. The rooms are modest but clean. They provide the basic amenities such as hand and body wash, shampoo, and towels. Bottled water, robes and house slippers were also included in the room. My son and I found the firm bed comfortable, but my husband found it too firm for his liking and his back hurt every morning. Not a deal breaker though, and we would definitely come back here!"

"Room was clean and not old or run down. There was a wireless phone charger set up which was nice. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful and spoke English. There was air conditioning in my room and I didn't hear any noise while I slept. Actually had a pretty good view too of the river and city. The restaurant on the second floor was fine, nothing amazing, but good enough if you don't want to leave the hotel (I had dinner there)."
