Resort is very clean. Friendly staff from the lobby all the way to the pool restaurant. 15 min walk to downtown or take a tuk tuk for roughly 200 baht. Walkable to dining places and many places to choose from for a massage. Highly recommend staying here.

Another fantastic stay at the Baan Haad, they are constantly renovating the resort and its rooms so everything always looks so fresh and modern when we come each year. The staff are fabulous and the restaurant is lovely. For us, there’s no reason to look at anywhere else to stay in Samui.

Fabulous friendly staff and had a upgraded room for 6 nights for my birthday .Olivio restaurant served a good selection of breakfasts .Pool was nice overlooking the beach .Accomodation was lovely in both pool villa and deluxe villa .Out of Chaweng but accessible to everywhere .cheaper to hire scooters just outside hotel than having taxis £6.60 per day excellent value

This place is beautiful and right next to the ocean. Breakfast was included with our stay and was beyond what I expected. Each morning you can eat right next to the ocean. The service was also amazing and the greeted us with a welcome drink and carmels. It’s pretty close to Chaweng beach and there is the taxis that drive by constantly if you don’t want to walk. The room was also spotless and they cleaned our room everyday and left us new water bottles to drink.

Hotel is lovely and clean. There was some construction/renovations of the room we were meant to be in, so we were upgraded to the family villa. Private pool was great as the main pool closes at 7pm. Breakfast was extensive, clean and hot. Location is out of the way of the main strip. About 50baht per person tut tut to the main strip. Hotel is helpful at booking scooters and tours.
