Like a hell on earth.. Pictures at hotels.com are not from rooms with fan. First room was really dirty, no bedsheets and shower didn't work at all. After an hour waiting we got a new room. It was as bad as first one, shower worked but water was icecold. Humidity and smell of muld was awful. And the smell got everything... I don't know when the rooms have been cleaned, we asked cleaning but they didn't do it well or at all?! Spider nets, dust all over, dirty bedsheets, and the bed was horrible to sleep... I got a rash. Nightmare. Stuff was unfriendly, especially that young boy. We wanted our money back, but couldn't. What a scam!!
