"We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Neuhausl. I would stay there again if I returned to Berchtesgaden. I used the swimming

multiple times for my first swimming in years. We ate there every dinner for our 4 day stay because the food was excellent, as were the prices and service. We visited Salzburg Austria and Konigsee. both only 30 minutes or less away. There was always a staff member available that spoke good English and they were helpful. "

"Some charges such as the pet charge are currently slightly out of date. On hotels.com it claims 10€ a night, in person 12.5€ a night and on the bill 15€ a night. While parking is clearly stated it does seem a little expensive. The room was quite nice with a very modern bathroom. The view from our window was lovely and having AC is always a plus. and an outdoor jacuzzi with amazing hiking trails and views of the mountains . I wish we had time to get a massage or other services but too busy and chose the electric bikes instead. You can even bike into the town of Bad Reichenhall which has great shopping (Juhausz!)…. Love this place."
