Overall a fantastic stay. The entry level room (Dukes chamber) was huge and really well appointed. Some minor signs of west and tear but we loved it- very comfortable. The rooftop dining experience included in half board was outstanding. The first night we had a huge selection on the à la carte menu, and on the second night there was a wonderful buffet. Swimming pool was a real bonus. Breakfast was satisfactory, although the poor man making omelettes was consistently overwhelmed and running behind. Staff were all wonderfully kind and friendly. Location second to none for all the sights.

Excellent management & staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The room we had was spacious & clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel. The shower was amazing, just what you needed after being in the heat of Kochin. All staff are polite, helpful and will go the extra mile. The General Manager was exceptional, we had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with immediately, again an above and beyond attitude displayed. We will return to this hotel and recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay and hospitality.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The facilities at the hotel were good, pool, gym, spa, roof top terrace, bar. We stayed 4 nights with breakfast which was very limited for choice especially after 4 days! We ate at the restaurant twice and both times the food was wonderful, unfortunately a few dishes on the menu were not available for both of the nights we ate there. Our room was big and comfortable with a great rainfall shower! The call to prayer at 5am was loud and really annoying to be woken up at that time every morning. Overall it was a good stay, the tuk tuks outside are really convenient…..look for Najeed, he is such a nice man and took us all around to some very interesting places in his tuk tuk he calls the Ferrari!
