"We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. They were willing to change the next day, but a room with a poor view. So i asked for one at the second floor with view. The girl behond the desk told us she has a room like that but the boss of the hotel refused. We could take the one with the poor view or stay in our room at the third floor.
