This cozy little studio attic apartment is perfect for couples who want to be close to downtown, but still want the privacy of a small quiet neighborhood during their stay. The angled ceilings in this flat are finished with a beautiful shiplap design, adding to the unique feel of the space. Although this home is a duplex, both apartments include entrances that are completely private, so all areas mentioned will be just for you.
Sleeping arangements in the open bedroom area include a comfortable queen and twin bed with top quality bedding and linens to make you feel right at home. In the living room, a flat screen TV is ready to connect to any of your favorite streaming applications, providing entertainment for those who choose to spend an evening in.
The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate and a microwave for cooking all your meals. An oven is not currently available in this unit. Stainless steel appliances include a microwave, dishwasher and 2 mini-refrigerators. You'll also find all the cookware, utensils, flatware and dishes you need to prepare a meal start to finish. Our butcher-block island with bar seating for 2-3 can also serve as a work space, if needed.
Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and is stocked with the necessary toiletries you'll need during your stay. The washer and dryer are located inside the back door just off the downstairs unit, in a separate shared space all their own. The washer and dryer are the only amenity shared between the guests in both the upstairs and downstairs units.

This QB Renovations property is conveniently located within a short walk to many of Knoxville's staple restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops such as HoneyBee Coffee, Hi-Wire Brewery, Alliance Brewery, Simpl, South Coast Pizza and a few chain restaurants like Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's. The Fort Dickerson Quarry Park is about a half mile away, just across Henley Street, with access to trails and has access to the water-front greenway trail, as well.
Travel just minutes across the Henley Street Bridge, and you'll find a treasure trove of places for fun, shopping and dining!
Kern's Bakery Development coming in 2021, will be a short hop, skip and a jump at the end of the street. It will boast a 20 merchant food hall with full service restautants, a work-out facility, gathering and working spaces, and much more.
There is plenty of private parking located along the side of the property for your car. However major car sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are easily accessible and can take you almost anywhere downtown in 7 minutes or less.
Enjoy a 0.5 mile walk through the neighborhood to HoneyBee Coffee Shop, Hi-Wire Brewery, Alliance Brewery, Simpl, and South Coast Pizza.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here! Walking distance from a lovely coffee shop (Honey Bee Coffee Co.) and other unique and fun restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!!!!
Perfect for our long girls weekend in Knoxville! Great location - close to everything but still quiet and cozy. Check in & out was easy. Would definitely stay here again!
I stayed here for a few days after brining my daughter back to school. The place was adorable and in a great location. Just over the river from campus. WiFi was great for me to be able to work remote.
House is in walking distance to the Kerns bakery which has great coffee and food options.
We just loved our stay here! The owners did a great job to make sure we had access to information and things to do in the area. It really was a great location close to downtown. We didn't rent a car, so we walked everywhere! My only complaint would be that I wished it had a regular coffee maker instead of the kuereg.
My wife and I traveled to Knoxville for a Tennessee game. We stayed in the Honey Bee Haven for 2 nights. The place was very clean and communication with property management was excellent. We had a short Uber to downtown and Neyland but both are within walking distance if preferred. The bed was comfortable and clean sheets and towels were provided. I would recommend the Honey Bee Haven for a short stay to anyone looking for a place close to the University or Downtown.
The Honey Bee Haven was perfect for what we needed to attend Parents Weekend at UT. It definitely had a studio type feel as there are no doors separating the bedroom from living space but because it is long and narrow it felt bigger. We didn't really use any of the amenities except the beds and the shower but it was great. My husband insisted it was "walking distance" to Neyland Stadium. (insert eye roll here!) We did it but it was a bit of a haul! That said, we like staying on that side of the river because it's less congested than downtown. We would definitely stay again when we come back to see our daughter in Knoxville!

The host Missy was very helpful and got back to us quickly whenever we had any concerns. The sloped roof was definitely a bit difficult to navigate, if you are 5’10 or taller it’s almost inevitable you will bump your head a few times.
Close enough to downtown for a quick drive or a 15-20 minute walk, but far enough to be in a quiet area.
Lots of stairs leading up to the room, if you are not used to climbing stairs it will be difficult bringing your luggage up the staircase. Although, it does feel a bit safer to be up the staircase and not on ground level but, there is only one way in and out of this room.
The ability to do our laundry was helpful also. Parking spots could be repaved. For the first floor tenants they are gravel spots, the second floor the spots are on pavement but the pavement is very worn and cracked.
Overall we had a nice experience and enjoyed our stay in Knoxville. Thank you!

It was great - hosts communicated so well, and were ready to help. It was a sweet little spot, and in good weather, a nice walking distance from downtown (1 mile ish). There was some unfortunate tree sap that coated my car, but other than that, it was great.
Was a nice property, had the amenities needed and accurate listing. I wouldn't recommend for someone who is very tall given the sloped ceilings. Clearer listing of units/laundry would be helpful.
