"Very small room and bathroom. However, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The clerk at check-in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The gentleman at checkout was completely the opposite: very unfriendly and unhelpful. A common courtesy would have been to thank us or to tell us to have a nice day. He Sid nothing as he handed me a receipt."

"Visit was during NCAA SOFTBALL REGIONALS. It was the same weekend as University of Tennessee graduation ceremonies. Hilton is located a few blocks from Market Square which is a cool walking park area with lots of history and statues. Plus many shops and restaurants. The city is very nice! The Hilton is classy. My only concern was with the bed. I expected it to be better. It was a bit lumpy. Other rooms may be more updated. The shower was good. Parking is expensive."

"The place was clean and cozy. The host very nice and had great communication all through the process. We got to Knoxville early and they let us come early which was quite nice. Our dog felt at home there. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house is beautiful just as pictured it is truly stunning and we used this to get ready for my wedding, it was beautiful and I am so excited for our photos! The house is on the water right by the interstate and you can definitely hear interstate traffic, even with the sound machines on, even from the middle room. I was definitely grateful that sound machines were provided as it was able to knock out some of the noise, however if you are a light sleeper or even moderate sleeper it will still wake you up. The parking is tight. We ready about the car situation. The hill is STEEP and a drop off. Nothing bad, just something to know prepare ahead of time for. My husband had to get car in and out. I was uncomfortable turning around. Other than that definitely 5 stars across the board! Truly a unique experience"

"Our stay was great! The house was very clean and well-stocked with snacks, water, and seasonings. We did have some initial trouble getting the check-in details and Wi-Fi code, and the oven was a bit temperamental, but the host addressed our concerns right away. Even with those small issues, we’d still rate our experience a perfect 10."
