"The room was lovely & very big. Nice sofa bed infront of the tv on the wall. We were only there 1 night, so we didnt use the sofa or the tv. The bed was huge, & sooo comfy. Only issue we had was the shower. It was either hot or scolding. And we couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone to assist us. There should be a direct number to reception for emergencies or problems, as I had to go down to reception in my pj's & then wait for someone to come from the restaurant to see me. However, the lady was very helpful. She came & tested the shower & agreed it was far too hot. She gave us access to an empty room, luckily it was only next door, so we could use that shower. I must say that the shower was one of the smallest I've ever seen. Anyone larger would not have got in there. I could'nt reach down to my feet lol. But at least I was clean & could wash my hair."

"Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying longer than one night, and no conssesions for disabled parking and only one disabled parking space. Hotel is on a busy road but you don't hear the traffic noise in the hotel room. We didn't eat in the hotel as we always ate out and bought a snack back with us to have in the room. Hotel is on a duel carriageway and you have to go up to the roundabout to be able to get back to the hotel as there is no gap to get across to the hotel depending on which way you are travelling to and from the hotel."

"Both the evening meal and breakfast were only just warm which was disappointing. Room 1 was a good size but would have preferred a shower enclosure rather than a shower over the bath. Overall our stay served its purpose as an overnight stay en route to our destination, it was adequate but no more."
