We are able to catch our express train all thanks to the staff who agreed to take us there. Great memories in Beppu and at the hotel."

The public bath was great, and I appreciated the hotel policy requiring guests to remove their shoes upon entry to keep the facilities clean. However, the staff did not seem very friendly, appearing somewhat overburdened by enforcing hotel rules. As someone who works in customer service, I love seeing an authentic passion and personal connection with guests, which I unfortunately did not experience here. Due to the service, I would not consider staying at this hotel again."
