  • Everything you need for work or study is contained in this cozy private walkout suite which is the lower unit of a duplex and just minutes from downtown and the hospital. Equiped with full desk/chair and fast wifi, this unit is ideal for 30+day stays. ** Ask us about flexible rates for your stay!
    A pullout sofa can accomodate 2 more sleepers or can make for more comfortable TV viewing. Free driveway parking included, but this central location is also ideal for those relying on public transit.
    This unit is technically a larger bachelor unit. The bedroom is separated, however, there is not an actual door for complete separation. (curtain can be installed)
    The bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit an office desk and chair.
    You will have private parking right in front of your walk out entrance.
    A 10 min walk gets you right downtown where you have access to all the wonderful restaurants and cafes that Guelph has to offer!
