Other things to note ✦ HOUSE RULES✦ VRBO has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES. If a party is thrown, VRBO will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund. 1\. All guests must be disclosed. 2\. No parties or events allowed. 3\. No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. 4\. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am 5\. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements. ✦PET RULES✦ WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS.
