There is another unit upstairs. KITCHNETTE: This unit offers a fully equipped kitchenette, with a stove top cooking (no stove or oven). There is a microwave as well. LIVING ROOM: ✔ Comfy Sofa Bed, converts into a queen bed, sleeps 2 ✔ 40" Smart TV ✔ Coffee Table ✔ Sofa Bedding Linens KITCHENETTE: ✔ Got everything for you to cook a chef's meal ! ✔ Beautiful & Modern ✔ Countertop Double Burner ✔ Coffee & Tea station ✔ Dining set, sets 4 people Unit doesn't come with stove & oven. A portable countertop double burner is provided instead & microwave. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Open concept) ✔ Queen bed, sleeps 2 ✔ Clothing rack ✔ Vanity/Office Desk with vanity ✔ Night table & light Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. Other things to note ✦ HOUSE RULES✦ VRBO has a ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES. If a party is thrown, VRBO will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund. 1\. All guests must be disclosed. 2\. No parties or events allowed. 3\. No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. 4\. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am 5\. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements. ✦PET RULES✦ WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS. Our cleaning team will arrive 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour. We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour.
