The unit was not properly cleaned upon arrival and contained excessive personal items (food left in fridge, USED RAZORS ON BATHROOM COUNTER, dirty sinks, toilets, surfaces, STRONG odour of dog urine throughout entire house.)More concerning, the host used a key to enter the property during an active reservation, refused to leave, and misrepresented herself while insisting on staying inside the unit. This made us feel unsafe and forced us to vacate.VRBO was contacted immediately and the incident was documented. Guests should be aware that this host does NOT respect boundaries or guest privacy.
