Located near the newly developed Country Hills area, this larger home is intimately situated, backing onto plenty of green space. Surrounded by five major parks and 4 plazas including Fairview park, everything you would want is within a short drive. Located close to HWY/8 (2 merge locations), this home is conveniently located for any regions commute, whether it\`s anywhere in KW or the GTA. • Check in via smart lock • 2 parking spaces • High Speed internet • 50\` Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil) • Complimentary tea and coffee • Fresh linens and towels • Bathroom fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash • Master bedroom with one queen sized bed • Second bedroom with one double sized bed • Third bedroom with one double sized bed • Washer and dryer in house • Air conditioning • If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to ask!
