With exceptional amenities such as an exercise room, games room, rooftop deck/garden, you\`ll be sure to enjoy your stay in this upscale condo. This is downtown living at it\`s finest! One parking spot included, paid parking available for additional vehicles. We like to give our guests space, but are always just a message or phone call away should you require our assistance. • No parties or gatherings of any kind. • Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours. • No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation. • No pets. • No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted. • One parking spot included. Do not park in additional spots without authorization. • No shoes indoors. • Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.
