Room was clean and functional. Soundproofing is not the greatest and can get pretty noisy given the location being at a major intersection. Walking distance from Osaka Station via underground tunnels is great given the Summer heat. Lots of food and amenities in the neigbourhood.

The hotel itself is excellent but the location is not the greatest. A little far to the nearest subway station, 7-Eleven or restaurants. But to be fair, the ‘a little far’ I referred to technically is not too far (less than 10 min walk to subway, 5 min to 7-Eleven and not too many restaurants nearby), just not as close as some other hotels we stayed in in Japan. But again, I do love the quality and space of the room in this hotel.

Wonderful hotel! Great location, gorgeous grounds! It’s my third time visiting and always having an unforgettable time. The staff is their most important asset. Kind, helpful, responsible, welcoming and always with the best “omotenashi” spirit. Bravo!
