"Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location? "

"Booked an executive suite for our wedding anniversary. Nothing wrong with the suite but myself and my husband aren’t late night partygoers so just like a few drinks, nice food and then watch a bit of tv snuggled up in bed…..however no tv in the bedroom and only a very small 2 seater sofa in the living room where the tv is so left us a bit disappointed. Also I think the old executive lounge was a lot better ambience wise. The food and drink was excellent in the lounge but I felt like we were sitting in a glass square box rather than a nice chilled out area as the old lounge was so again a bit disappointed. Still enjoyed our stay but not sure if we’d stay their again."

"This is our go to hotel whenever we come to Leeds ,we love the ambiance and the hospitality offered by our hosts and the sense of being part of a family by the welcoming we receive every time we stay .Its location is ideal central to the wonderful night life offered and the shopping experience too.
