"Upon arrival, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel felt very luxurious from the get go and the customer service was exceptional, nothing was too much of a hassle for them. Our room was very modern and comfortable and had lovely extras including chilled boiled water and a Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast included was exceptional with plenty of options including an a la carte menu or a buffet. The only thing we weren't super impressed by was the dinner in the hotel restaurant. We would without a doubt stay here again but just book elsewhere for dinner."

"Our first time away together. We couldn't think of a better place to spend our week away to relax and unwind in the Highlands. Loch rannoch hotel &spa was an experience we will never forget, everything was perfect and the staff were always polite and helpful. The food options varied so there was no worries over what we could reserve each day. We would recommend this to anyone wanting something extravagant and well the views certainly are!"

"The room was great, really cozy and e perching you need. Tv had all the streaming services. Netflix, YouTube, prime etc stunning view over the much and down to scheihallion covered in snow. Only issue was the check in time which st 4pm is pretty late, I spoke to the lady in the next lodge to us who said they let her check in at 2. So we spent 2 hours up at the main hotel waiting. But other than that a very pleasant experience. Would definitely visit again in summer to make better use of the balcony in the sun "
