I like it's flowers, trees and birds around. It's like being in nature and not just walls. Quiet and peaceful surrounding. The room is spacious, however furniture need updating. The bathroom door was only able to open half way, making it a bit akward to enter without turning sideways! That's because the toilet was too close behind the door.

Our flight with WestJet was canceled for the day that we were to register at our hotel I called and let them know that and it would have been put off for the next day for us to still have our room got to the hotel only to be told that we don't have a room finally they found us a room where the battery was not working to open the door then they found us a different room so I don't understand how they didn't have any empty rooms in the beginning also it took us till 3:00 a.m. to get Wi-Fi the first night the second night no Wi-fi went to inquire about it was met with Attitude at the front desk whereas finally a person who's working on the router what not had said the provider have been giving issues with the service and they're looking after it I think it's more of honesty than trying to cover up and make it look like it's the guest issue

An oasis in Kingston Jamaica. Lots of well kept manicured trees and grass all over the property. The rooms are not newly refurbished but they are up to standards, I will most certainly stay there again and the price is very reasonable.

I have stayed at this hotel for years.its very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. These things mean a lot to me.I travel with a wheelchair. A lot of facilities are not friendly to the fact that the extra thought is here at this hotel ,which making traveling more pleasant and relaxing ..You are aware of this at check-in reception. There is a ramp there.I highly recommend this place.

I was a little disappointed this year with the hot water doesn’t work sometimes, I think the bathrooms need some repairs some guests were loud, the music they listened were disturbing…lots of marijuana smoking…sheets outdated…there could be a small microwave in each bedroom…a lot of people l showed the grounds they love it , but they surely won’t share a microwave with some of the guests l saw….and they will not be satisfied with the some of the linens…great location, beautiful outdoors,safety was felt …l want to recommend this place but needs to be little more modern

The property feels very homely & the staff are very courteous however it was fully booked when i arrived and as a result i first had a room with filty bedding & noise from the building mechanical apparatus i was giving another room but it needed repairs also but it was clean overall it's a good place I'm a returning guest never had issues untilnow but the staff made me forget me bad experiences they're very warm & welcoming im still waiting to hear back from management about the complain i had for room # 417

The bathroom in room 114 had a stink odor. Something is definitely wrong with the plumbing or the pit or whatever. Will never stay there again. Had to keep the bathroom door closed and even then, my visitors still smelled it on entering the room.
