Very cute apartment style hotel - great high ceilings. 15 minute walk from the waterfront and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Check in was easy and parking was close by.

It’s a very cozy spot. Clean and had pretty much everything I needed for one night stay. The bathroom door was an issue as it’s a two people job to open the door. Also, the bed doesn’t have a head board and wall is not a smooth surface so uncomfortable .

Very convenient to leave the car parked and walk into town and the waterfront. Apartment is very cute, clean, quiet and great to have a supply of coffee already there. Windows in sink area needs blinds to keep heat and brightness from the sun out. No privacy on the lower section of windows in front of sink. Obtaining the key to the apartment through their system is a little confusing, On checkout, the key needed to be left in same place but the system would not work. Had to leave key in apartment and text to let them know where it was.

We are in Kingston all the time visiting our daughter and have stayed in different places all over the city. This has definitely hit our top 5 because of the beautiful space and walkable location for downtown.

Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too. Easily walk to shops and restaurants on Princess, to Queens campus, and the waterfront. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kingston. We had a slight issue with the check in code not working but messaged and it was rectified immediately. A great stay.

We stayed at the Dwell apartments. Super clean. Modern traditions decor. Attention to detail. Well equipped kitchens. Nice bathrooms. Bed and bedding super comfortable. Would totally stay again. Perfect for visiting our son while he's there for school.

This property was newly renovated, and extremely clean. Communication with the host was excellent. It is tricky to find parking and it's not very convenient for unloading, etc. One suggestion is that a blind in the kitchen would be a great addition for privacy, since it looks directly into a neighbouring property. The building is beautiful but not in a very nice area; however it is close to downtown.

Parking can be a bit tricky. A map of where to park would be most helpful. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Extremely clean which was nice. And some nice extras like robes.

We had a wonderful stay at Dwell Hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown to easily access restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dwell Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kingston.

This was our first time at Colby House although we have stayed at 3 other properties owned by this company. It was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. I hope to stay here again when we are in Kingston.
