The customer service is impeccable I’m kind of mad at myself for spending more money going to some of the other big brand hotels because this one exceeded them in customer service. The pool is nice and the food was really good and you get free breakfast. The air condition works really well and the front desk is just the sweetest people that go out of their way for you. The girls in the restaurant are so kind and so warm I will definitely come back. I really really enjoyed my stay here.

Hotel Review I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food was also very nice and definitely worth trying, although I found it to be a little on the pricey side. What made the experience even more special was supporting a Black-owned establishment that is such a great example of a thriving local business. It’s wonderful to see a business offering quality service and hospitality while contributing to the local community. Overall, a great stay and somewhere I would happily recommend and return to.

The room was cleaned and linen changed every day. Food was excellent and they serve a variety of local cuisine which is what I was looking for. The grounds was well maintained and cozy and location is not too far from New Kingston. We enjoyed our stay there, would book again.

Unable to check in due to a power outage. Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous so this is not a reflection on the staff. Instead, this is on management. No information on expected guests, no communication, no apologies. Front desk personnel was left alone, and other guests including myself were literally left in the dark. Eventually I was "advised" to seek alternative accomodations. Very disappointed that the hotel would turn away ALL guests due to a power outage. Management needs to do better.

I enjoyed my stay. I love the balcony view, seeing the well kept flowers and trees we’re enjoying enticing. The staff were professional. The included breakfast tasted really, really good. I will definitely return in the near future for sure. The water pressure in the room was excellent. What I didn’t like were: the absence of microwave in the rooms, the shower needs to be enclosed in it’s entirety to avoid water from escaping and running out of the shower, please maintain the beauty of the rooms and paint the walls as needed, However, for the most part the environment maintenance is a thumbs up. I will recommend this hotel to others. Most importantly I felt SAFE!!!! Thank you!!!
