I loved staying at the AC Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean overall. There was a large group of football players at the hotel, so there were some tracked dirt in the elevator, However it was cleaned up quickly. I would say if I dont think it's family oriented

The front desk staff was ok. They're not mean, but not super friendly. The restaurant staff were excellent. The food was very good. Authentic jamaican foods were well done. Great entertainment vibes in the lobby. The room was definitely too expensive for what you get. Otherwise, decent hotel.
