Kilgwyn Bay

The overall vibe of Sandy Point Village is warm, relaxing, and welcoming, with a beautiful, well-maintained pool and friendly staff. We stayed in the Loft and received just one room key for a door that locked but couldn't close completely. The safety chain on the front door didn't have a hook for securement. The shower area lacked a soap holder, and missing or burnt-out bulbs were not replaced. Our stay was only adequate; the room needs upgrades for guest comfort, and a microwave should be added. When we requested fresh towels, we were told none could be given until the current ones were taken, washed, and dried. Pool towels require a $100 TTD deposit until returned in acceptable condition, or the deposit is forfeited. I would not recommend it for an extended stay, maybe just for an overnight visit.

The advertisement was a total lie, they had no air. The shower water was cold. The beach had litter. There were no seats on the beach and their free breakfast was minimum and the room was hot. No one is maintaining The property, even the Golf course was mediocre.
