It is rare to live on a Maui beach. Not many condominium buildings afford that luxury nor will there be allowed any others. It’s closer to the ocean than most at the resort. It does not have the extended lanai wall, as do so many SBR condos. No extended wall means the unobstructed view is beautiful.
